Social Impact World Mastermind Group

Connect on a deeper level with fellow social impact leaders and proactively help each other to achieve your impact targets through personal growth.

Social Impact World’s Mastermind Groups are custom peer groups of 6-10 social impact leaders with similar experience who convene online bi-weekly to share insights, solve problems, and support each other to reach professional and personal goals.

This is a place to build a strong community, receive unbiased feedback from fellow social impact practitioners, and leverage your peers’ experiences to be more successful. You’ll practice courage and vulnerability through deep and meaningful conversations that increase your emotional intelligence. Prepare to bring your toughest challenges and learn from the collective wisdom of the group.

What you can expect from your mastermind:

  • Professionally facilitated, confidential conversations that go beyond mere networking and support your learning and growth
  • A results-oriented format to help you overcome your biggest challenges, hold you accountable to taking action, and support you in achieving your goals
  • Collective coaching: get unbiased feedback and strategic expertise from other successful social impact leaders
  • New business partnerships and opportunities, which surface from forming deeper personal relationships

“The key value of the mastermind is seeing our blind spots with the help of the group, becoming more self-aware, overcoming blocks together, healing our Achilles heal, developing insights and new ways to bridge across divides, addressing substance without bravado fluff and lipstick and understanding our deep mutuality.” -Director of Sustainability
